Welcome to the largest camping event in the world! Whether you’re looking to relax, network, make new friends or just mingle with other like-minded professionals, Urban Camp Weekend is for you. Picture you and your friends at a house party or BBQ…now add a tent, floating the river, some games, food, sand volleyball, games, a DJ, surprise events, additional outdoor recreational activities, AN OPEN BAR and you have now successfully envisioned the best camping experience yet.

WHAT IS THE EXACT SCHEDULE FOR ALL EVENTS?

Weekend Agenda:

Friday:

  • 7:30 am – All tickets must be purchased online; no payments accepted at camp or at registration.

  • 8:00 am – 12:00 pm – Arrive! Pull up to the front guard booth and give them your name… Set-up your tent…help your neighbor set-up their tent too… (teamwork makes the dream work)

  • 10:00 am – 4:00 pm – New Braunfels Scooter Tour! We are renting 3 wheel scooters by the hour and heading down River Rd this year! Supplies are limited; add them to your cart during the checkout process! Here’s a sneak peak (click here…)

  • 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm – Sand Volleyball / Kickball

  • 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm – Meet & Greet Mixer

  • 3:30 pm – 7:00 pm – Paint & Sip – 90’s style (separate fee)

  • 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm – Taste of Camp / Happy Hour

  • 8:30 pm – 10:30 pm – Movie Night – Black Panther

  • 11:00 pm – 3:00 am – Theme Party – ABC (Anything But Clothes)! (click here for ideas) – Open Bar

  • 3:00 am – until – Sleep! (Sip your tea, and go to bed!)

    Saturday:

  • 9:00 am – 10:00 am – FLRSH FITNESS Boot Camp. We are not only changing our bodies but changing our lifestyles as well. Come get fit!

  • 10:30 am – 11:30 am – Morning Flow Yoga – Share a relaxing and gentle Yoga flow with fellow campers. Beginners are encouraged!

  • 10:00 am – 11:00 am – Registration

  • 11:00 am – 4:00 pm – Float the Comal River! We’ll be taking a couple of buses from camp to Texas Tubes at 250 Meusebach St, New Braunfels, TX 78130 . The buses will load at 10:45 am from the campground. The first 100 people to the buses will be transported! After the float, we will start departing from Texas Tubes at 3:30 pm to head back to the campground. No outside tubes will be allowed (so if you have your own tube, we recommend driving or car pooling.) The buses are complimentary from yours truly at Urban Camp Weekend, but the tube rentals are $20 at the location!

  • 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm – Sand Volleyball, Flag Football, Hiking, etc…

  • 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm – Archery Tag! *New Addition (it’s free)

  • 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm – Trivia!

  • 9:00 pm – 11:00 pm – Comedy Show / Live Music / Open Mic

  • 11:00 pm – 3:00 am Black Panther Themed Vibranium Glow Party – #WakandaForever

  • 3:00 am – until – Sleep! (Sip your tea, and go to bed!)

    Sunday

  • 8:00 am – 9:00 am – Chill for a little bit… and pack up when you’re ready.
