In its third year year, Black Enterprise is proud to bring back the Women of Power Summit - an exciting, three-day executive leadership conference designed especially for professional women of color.

The four-day career enhancement conference created an environment that promoted fellowship and encouraged attendees to network, bond, share strategies, and learn from each other's experience.
What is the Women of Power Summit?
The Women of Power Summit is a professional leadership conference designed especially for executive women of color. It brings together more than 500 influential business women from around the country. This year's event will be held Feb. 15-18, 2012, at the Ritz-Carlton, Grande Lakes in Orlando, Florida.
Who should attend?
Mid- to senior-level managers, C-level decision makers, human resources officers, diversity officers, executives, and professionals.
What does the registration fee include?
The registration fee includes the executive leadership workshops, conference materials, summit bag, breakfast, lunch, receptions, entertainment, entrance into the Women of Power Legacy Awardss Dinner, lifestyle workshops, and activities (excluding spa). The registration fee does not include the hotel room or flight arrangements or spa treatments.
